These terms govern your use of the Foldova store (operated by Raynotech) and any purchase. By ordering you agree to them, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.
Orders & acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm and charge your payment method. We may decline/cancel an order (fraud, obvious pricing/description errors, stock issues, undeliverable address) and will refund any charge in full.
Pricing & payment. Prices are in USD unless noted and may change, but the checkout price is the price for that order. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; by paying you authorize the charge for your order total. Clearly-wrong prices may be cancelled as above.
Shipping, returns & refunds. Governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Product information. We describe products and show images accurately, but minor variation can occur. Statements are general information, not professional/medical/safety advice.
Acceptable use & IP. Store content and branding belong to us or our licensors; don't copy/reuse without permission, disrupt the store, or place fraudulent orders.
Warranty disclaimer. Except for the stated guarantee and rights under applicable law, the store and products are provided “as is.”
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order; we're not liable for indirect/consequential losses. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected.
Governing law & changes. Governed by US law and the state where Raynotech operates. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance.
