Order processing. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get an order confirmation at checkout and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery times. Orders ship direct from our overseas warehouse with tracked shipping, so US delivery typically arrives in 10–20 business days (about 2–4 weeks) after processing. These are typical windows, not guarantees — customs, weather, and peak seasons can add time. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

Import duties/taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping cost. Free tracked shipping on orders over $25. Below that, a flat $4.95 is shown at checkout. Every order ships with tracking.
Order changes & cancellations. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to fix an address or cancel — we'll try to catch it before it ships.

- Items should be unused and in resellable condition with original packaging.
- Change-of-mind return postage is the customer's; damaged/defective/incorrect items are covered in full.
- Refunds issue to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving/approving the return.
- Original shipping is non-refundable except where the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost orders. Email within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number — we'll replace or refund in full, including shipping, usually with nothing to send back. Lost-in-transit orders are replaced or refunded.
