This policy explains what Foldova (a Raynotech store) collects, why, and your choices. Questions? support@foldova.com.
Information we collect. Order & contact details you provide at checkout (name, shipping/billing address, email, what you ordered). Payment information: card payments are processed by Shopify Payments — your card number is entered on Shopify's secure checkout and is never stored on our servers; we receive only a confirmation and limited details (e.g. last four digits, card brand) needed to manage your order. Usage analytics: Shopify's built-in, aggregate store analytics to improve the store.
How we use it. To process, ship, and support your order; send order-related emails; prevent fraud; meet legal/tax obligations; and improve the store in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with. Only parties needed to run the store: our payment processor (Shopify Payments) to take payment, and our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) to ship your order (name + address only). We may disclose information if required by law. We don't share your data with advertisers.
Cookies & analytics. We use Shopify's store analytics and essential cookies (e.g. to keep your cart). If we add advertising pixels for marketing, we'll reflect that here and honor applicable consent choices.
Data retention. We keep order records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support/warranty, and meet accounting/legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and opt out of non-essential uses — email support@foldova.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California) you may have additional rights, including to opt out of any “sale” of personal information, which we do not do.
Security. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor over encrypted connections; the store is served over HTTPS.
Children. Not directed to children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their data.
